Our process

1. Take a HDPE (type 2 plastic)

2. Cut it in half

3. Cut/shred x2

4. Add it to the injection machine

5. Remove the mould from the machine

6. Cool for 3 minutes

7. Remove the coaster or the poker chips from the mould

8. Sand to perfection

9. The end!
