Our process
Take a HDPE (type 2 plastic)
Cut it in half
Cut/shred x2
Add it to the injection machine
Remove the mould from the machine
Cool in water (room temperature) for 3 minutes
Remove the coaster or the poker chips from the mould
Sand to perfection
The end!
